Narrative & Equity Strategy

I ensure that lived experience—especially from women of color, and gender‑queer people of color, and other marginalized communities—shapes the policies and structures that affect their lives. I design equity‑centered, trauma‑informed approaches that bring community voice into leadership, organizational strategy, and decision‑making.

Policy & Advocacy

I advance equitable access to care, support healthy aging, strengthen long‑term services and supports, and expand justice for marginalized veterans. My work includes health equity strategy, LTSS reform, Medicaid equity, aging‑in‑place initiatives, and systems‑level advocacy grounded in decades of legal and policy experience.

Storytelling & Creative Facilitation

I create spaces where collective stories guide the transformation of public systems. This includes narrative‑based workshops, community storytelling projects, and facilitation that helps translate shared experience into collective action, with a focus on transit equity, utility regulation, and other community‑driven reforms.
